The beds and linens are amazing. Staff is friendly, nice views of the mountains, the location is awesome. Walking distance to shopping, parks, restaurants, the old town, etc. Would definitely go back. Got upgraded to a suite and it was huge!

Internet access is mxn 170/day/computer. So my laptop was that and if I wanted to connect the wifi on my iphone it would have been an additional MXN170/day. I think that is very expensive as it's free at other hotels in the area.

Immaculately clean hotel in a beautiful building near shops, bars, restaurants and attractions as well as plaza museums. Very very good breakfast for reasonable prices and with amiable staff. Very central location close to all Major tourist destinations. For tea or coffee visit El Nuevo Nopal nearby. Overall very pleasant stay on a business trip.

Spacious room, comfortable room, and well-located hotel, easy for me to explore the city with just a 5-minute walk to Padre Mier.

The breakfast buffet was a good spread that kicked off my day right, and I loved that my Beautiful King Room had a rad view! Easy access to nearby spots like El Rey Del Cabrito made it a foodie dream.
